Acquisition criteria
Our buyer acquisition criteria from the past records include the following but are
not limited to:
- Service offerings: IT, Technology Staffing, Professional Services, Solutions,
Products, Offshore or Nearshore services and Managed Services Providers.
IT Solutions and IT Products industry, with a focus in servicing banking and
financial services. Health-Care technology company with global operations.
IT Staffing or IT Solutions companies with a focus in the Oil & Natural Gas
industry. - Revenue range: The average revenue range expected from the company
being acquired is approx. $1M-$300M - EBIDTA: Buyer is willing to pay approx. 4-15 times the valuation of adjusted
EBIDTA, depending on the buyer prerequisites. - Other buyer details/preferences: Looking forward to make multiple
acquisitions. Target must have new go to market locations or new delivery
locations globally. Expecting to establish a partnership agreement. Prefers
targets with diversity of ownership/ status (i.e. minority owned, women
owned, etc.).
