At STS Worldwide Inc., we have a history of reputed buyers, with some of them
having been listed in NYSE and NASDAQ. They are mainly from the US and also
overseas. Our buyers mainly look forward to acquire Information Technology(IT)
focused US based companies with service offerings in the area of Staffing,
Products, Solutions or Projects. And are mostly US based companies with an
annual revenue ranging from $50 Million to $6 Billion.

Acquisition criteria
Our buyer acquisition criteria from the past records include the following but are
not limited to:

  •  Service offerings: IT, Technology Staffing, Professional Services, Solutions,
    Products, Offshore or Nearshore services and Managed Services Providers.
    IT Solutions and IT Products industry, with a focus in servicing banking and
    financial services. Health-Care technology company with global operations.
    IT Staffing or IT Solutions companies with a focus in the Oil & Natural Gas
    industry.
  •  Revenue range: The average revenue range expected from the company
    being acquired is approx. $1M-$300M
  •  EBIDTA: Buyer is willing to pay approx. 4-15 times the valuation of adjusted
    EBIDTA, depending on the buyer prerequisites.
  •  Other buyer details/preferences: Looking forward to make multiple
    acquisitions. Target must have new go to market locations or new delivery
    locations globally. Expecting to establish a partnership agreement. Prefers
    targets with diversity of ownership/ status (i.e. minority owned, women
    owned, etc.).
